In the year 2020, Mr. Bala Maijama'a Wunti founded theWunti Al-Khair Foundation (WAKF) in Bauchi State, inspired by the urgent need to address the prevalent issue of high illiteracy rate, particularly among children from underprivileged backgrounds. Recognizing the transformative potentials of education, healthcare, economic empowerment, and community development, WAKF was established as a non-governmental organization with a specific focus on implementing projects that would contribute to these crucial facts of society.
Wunti Al-Khair Foundation (WAKF) , a non-profit organization dedicated to driving impactful change in Nigeria, has successfully transformed the lives of thousands through its commitment to quality education, accessible healthcare, economic empowerment, and community development in Bauchi State and Nigeria.
