Our Mission

The EmpowerHer Initiative is committed to creating pathways for young girls to excel in technology, leadership, and entrepreneurship. We aim to bridge the gender gap in STEM fields by providing comprehensive programs that offer hands-on training, mentorship, and networking opportunities.

Built on the foundation of the Bala Wunti Tech Fellowship vision, we are fostering a new generation of confident, skilled, and empowered female leaders. Our goal is to equip young women with critical skills and knowledge, nurturing innovators and change-makers who will drive progress in their communities and beyond.
