Our Objectives

ABOUT ALTSCHOOL

AltSchool Africa was founded in 2018 by two Nigerian entrepreneurs with the mission to “upskill Africans for the jobs of the future.”

Like the name suggests, AltSchool Africa offers a more effective “alternative” to traditional academic institutions, in that it explores and offers practical & functional learning with the aid of modern technology.

Since inception, they’ve trained 13,000+ students across 83 countries. they offer the following courses: Product Design, Product Marketing, Product Management, Data Analysis, Data Science, Data Engineering, Frontend Engineering, Backend Engineering, Cloud Engineering

Eligibility Criteria to participate in The Bala Wunti Scholarship Fund

Must reside or be an indigene of Bauchi State, and Applicants must have a guarantor

Applicants must be able to dedicate the required time to finish the program and be willing and able to sign commitment forms

Be between the ages of 18 and 30 when you apply

Have a minimum of a Secondary School certificate

Be computer literate and own a personal computer

Must have passed AltSchool’s entrance examination

Must be willing to participate in a documentary produced by Wunti Al-Khair Foundation
